Booking Policy: Your appointments are invaluable to us. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact our operations. To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit. Should you need to cancel within 24 hours, the deposit will be retained. No-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the appointment cost.
Confirmation Reminder: We’ll send you an SMS 48 hours before your appointment. Kindly reply or call to confirm.
New Clients: Welcome aboard! For timely service, kindly arrive 10 minutes early to complete necessary forms.
Late Arrival: Please note that arriving late may necessitate a shorter treatment duration to respect the next client’s schedule. A fee may apply.
Enquiries & Product Purchase: We’re here to help! To ensure your queries or product purchases receive the attention they deserve, consider calling ahead. We accept Cash, Eftpos, Credit Cards, AfterPay, and Payment Plans.
