Casey
Casey is the humble owner of Zenyu and has been in the industry for 12+ years with Zenyu being her 2nd business.
Casey came into the industry at 15 and has always been apart of her life.
When she first achieved her client’s skin goals and realised it changed her client’s life, She knew advanced skin treatments were her calling as well as the science involved
Casey is extremely particular about the work she provides, when treating skin Casey treats holistically and tailors individual programs for all clients.
Casey is highly experienced in all treatment she provides and enjoys educating her clients.
Lucy
Hello I’m Lucy, main receptionist at Zenyu, you will find me in the salon most days, if I don’t have plans at day care or school.
I’m training to be a therapy dog so my greetings are extra special and looking forward to helping my favourite humans.
I have been at Zenyu for 2 years now and counting, that’s 14 years I’m my world.
I have lots of love to give and enjoy a belly rub or being told i’m the goodest girl, i love cuddles but only if you like.
if you don’t want a kiss or a cuddle, please tell me to go to bed I won’t be offended.
Kassie
Kassie, the angel with hands from heaven, she is more than just a skin nerd, Kassie lives and breathes everything skin related including the science behind skin and advanced technology.
Kassie has a spa background and has worked with reputable brands and treatments her whole career as well as having experience with advanced technology including laser, IPL, skin needling and chemical peels.
Kassie has been in the industry for over 7 years now and as well as being filled with an enormous amount of knowledge she is driven to help clients achieve incredible results.
Alysha
Alysha our Registered Cosmetic Nurse Injector, operating under Peninsula Aesthetics, Alysha has been a Registered Nurse Division 1 with AHPRA for 17 years practicing in the areas of cosmetics, surgical, medical, and paediatrics.
Offering all treatments a cosmetic nurse can for all concerns you can find Alysha here fortnightly on Wednesdays
Alysha has a strong aesthetic eye & passion to meet clients expectations, her goal is clear; “when clients come to see me my goal is to create the best version of you whilst enhancing your natural beauty.”
Salon Policy
Policies are important to our space and to your appointment.
By scheduling an appointment with Zenyu, you acknowledge and accept our policies. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with them:
A client from will be sent to all clients prior to your first appointment of each treatment, please make sure these are filled out prior.
The Zenyu Experience
At Zenyu, we believe your appointment is more than just a treatment, this is time intentionally set aside for you to reset, recharge, and feel good. Every detail within our space has been carefully considered to create a calm, elevated environment where results and relaxation coexist.
To honour this experience for every client, we have thoughtfully created the following guidelines so everyone can enjoy the experience here at Zenyu.
Appointments Cancellations
Each appointment at Zenyu is reserved exclusively for you. As we operate with a high demand and often have a waitlist, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.
We understand that life happens; however, out of respect for our team and other clients, cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows will incur the full cost of the scheduled treatment.
These policies allow us to protect our time, support our team, and ensure availability for clients who are ready to commit to their appointments.
Appointment Confirmations
To make your experience seamless, you will receive SMS reminders 3 days prior and again 3 hours before your appointment.
Please note that appointments are only confirmed once your deposit has been received. If your deposit has not been finalised, your booking may be released to another client on our waitlist.

For your first visit, we kindly ask that you arrive early. This allows time to discuss anything in detail, and ease into the environment without feeling rushed. Your journey with us is personal, and we value creating a thoughtful, tailored experience from the very beginning.
Late Arrivals
We pride ourselves on running on time to ensure every client receives the full attention they deserve.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be reduced to avoid impacting the next client’s appointment. In some cases, a late fee may apply, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
If you are arriving more thank 10 minutes late your appointment will be classed as a no-show.
We always recommend arriving a few minutes early so you can fully settle into the experience, have a tea or a drink and relax.
A Space Designed for Calm
Zenyu has been intentionally designed as a sanctuary—a place where you can switch off from the outside world and truly unwind.
To maintain this peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask that all phones are placed on silent upon arrival and that conversations are kept soft and minimal within the space. Many of our clients use this time to rest, reset, and enjoy uninterrupted downtime, and we are committed to protecting that experience.
Children in the Clinic
We love being part of our clients’ lives; however, to preserve both safety and serenity within the clinic, we have a gentle policy regarding children.
We kindly ask that only children who are able to remain calm and settled for the full duration of your appointment attend. Once babies reach a crawling or mobile stage, we recommend making alternative arrangements.
For safety reasons, children are not permitted during treatments where your eyes are closed or your full attention is required—this includes advanced treatments such as laser and clinical procedures.
Our priority is to ensure a safe environment for you, your child, and our team, while maintaining the relaxing atmosphere Zenyu is known for.
Kid’s can’t be left unattended with ipads in the foyer as it is a safety issues and can disrupt our clients experience

We are here to support you beyond your treatment room.
If you require product recommendations, skin advice, or would like to make a purchase, we recommend calling ahead so we can dedicate uninterrupted time to you. This ensures you receive the same level of care and attention as you would during a treatment.
For your convenience, we accept Cash, Eftpos, Credit Cards, AfterPay, and flexible payment plans.
