Zenyu offers a variety of memberships, including skin beauty, lashes and brows, and hair removal. Our skin memberships are already available, with options like our 6- and 12-month skin membership. These include all our advanced treatment services and start at $40 a week. Our hair removal memberships begin at $16 a week. For a combination of skin, beauty and hair removal, we can create a customised plan with weekly or fortnightly payments. This is for our clients looking for budget-friendly options without having to think about their next appointment, perfect for brides-to-be, dedicated skin clients and people looking to balance their outgoings.

Yes. You can easily purchase gift cards through our Fresha booking platform. We offer preset amounts, or you can choose a custom amount to suit you. Every appointment at Zenyu is reserved exclusively for you. Due to high demand, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit. No-shows will incur the full cost of the scheduled treatment. We pride ourselves on running on time to ensure every client receives full attention. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid impacting the next client. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be classified as a no-show. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in, enjoy a tea, and relax. This ensures you receive the full Zenyu experience without feeling rushed or stressed.

To preserve the sanctuary-like serenity of our clinic, we kindly ask that children remain at home. While we love being part of your life, mobile children can pose safety risks during advanced treatments where your eyes are closed. Newborns are welcome, but once they reach the crawling stage, we recommend alternative arrangements. Children cannot be left unattended in the foyer. Our priority is maintaining a safe, peaceful environment for all clients to truly unwind and reset.
