Since your appointment time is reserved especially for you, we need you to tell us if you’re going to be late or unable to show.
Cancellations and No Show.
Booking Policy, please read when booking an appointment. Last-minute cancellations & no-shows have a significant impact on all business, We send an SMS 48hrs prior to your appointment, we ask for you to please reply or call.
A 50 % deposit will be asked for the appointment to be confirmed, if a cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours notice this deposit will be deducted.
No-shows will be charged 100% of your appointment. Thank you
